Adaptive Workouts

• Strength & Conditioning Workout from the Para Rowing Foundation (PRF), recommended by EDD rowing coach Andrea Thies. PRF will release new workouts each Wednesday/Thursday.
• 15 - 30 minute sessions with standing and sitting variations offered by Disabled Sports Eastern Sienna.
• P.E. with Joe posts a fun daily workout appropriate for kids

Dance  

• ​Kids Hip Hop Dance tutorial (ages 4+)
• “Staying Alive” disco chair dance - you can find more seated dances on this channel, too.
• "Feel it Still" wheelchair dance

Yoga  

• Gentle seated yoga class developed by therapists at Toronto rehab
• Yoga on Demand - free access to a special weekly collection of online classes.  
• Mind & Body Solutions offers live weekly Zoom classes for ambulatory and seated yogis.  Their schedule is posted here.
